Shunsuke Hamamura - "Shun"

I'm Shun, managed this web-page together with Yuji.

We're both still university student, my major is education.

I'm a big fan of Japanese Sake, never having dinner without drinking Sake recently.

- "We would like to deliver a great Japanese Sake for all Sake fans" -

This is our mission and we start running web-page to realize our big mission for sake fans all over the world.

Sake made me confused with"Taste almost similar and couldn't classify the flavor"at that time I began to drink sake though I love sake now.

My turning point was last year in the U.S.

I have worked at Walt Disney World in Florida for 1 year by the end of February this year. And as a staff of "Sake-Bar", I took much communication through Japanese Sake with lots of guests from all over the world.

For beginning of few months on Sake-Bar, I couldn't catch up their deep-talks about sake because I'm not familiar with Japanese sake.

In addition, I wonder why they know in detail about sake deeply.

But at the same time, I admired that lots of guests loved Japanese Sake and Japanese cultures through Sake and brewing story.

This experiences inspired me to be interested in Japanese Sake culture and how to be brewed.

After coming back to my country, I began to study and drink sake well.

Few months later, we planed to visit sake breweries.

"Toji" groups( a chief sake brewer) or CEO of breweries told us the story each breweries clearly and carefully how to sake make, sell and drink.

We always drink sake soon, which is  brewed by visiting breweries.

These sake with deep story and history are all special one for sake fans.

All guests loved sake made me a big fan of  Japanese sake.

So, from now on, we would like to tell and deliver a more "local and deep Japan-brand" for all guests.

Voyage to the deep Sake world with us!

Yuji Kitao - "Yuji"

I am Yuji, one of the operators of this site.

I am a student at Ehime University.

Every week, I drink Sake, I’m one of Japanese Sake fan.

I love Sake in Ehime,

so I want to disseminate it to the world, I started with Shun.

Why do I think I want to disseminate, please let me introduce my personal experience.

- "Sake is not tasty." -

At first, I thought so.

Two years before, one experience changed my mind about Sake. A good senior took me to Sake Restaurant. I did not like sake then.

However, at that time, the sake I drank there changed my mind.

To be honest, I do not remember what brand of Sake it was.

However, the Sake was comfortable with its fragrance and felt sweet slightly.

- " The same one doesn't exist with two. " -

I felt that.

Now it is more fun watching various sake, and sometimes visit the Sake brewery. It gradually got drawn to the charm of sake.

Among them, I also learned the challenges of the Sake industry. There are many problems such as domestic sake consumption reduction, successor shortage, sales root development.

However, no matter what challenges breweries has,

they are making the best sake with the best results.

Previously, when I went to the Sake Brewery, they briefly explained about Sake brewery to us who visited, intently and clearly inspite of we did not book a tour. And, I drank sake made with sake brewed afterwards.

I cannot forget the taste I felt at that time.

The sake that I drank after knowing the history of the craftsmen and warehouses was a deeper taste.

This experience is what we want to tell.

I want you to know more about Ehime Sake.

I want you to know more about Ehime's sake brewery.

So, we started outgoing.

Actually we send a sake in and out of Japan.

Also we took a sake tour in Ehime, to meet with the creators, to know the history and region, at last, to enjoy SAKE.

Now our plan is still running out.

If you are interested in Sake and Ehime even a little,

I'd be happy if you like it.
