and about the half of  42 breweries are in Ehime prefecture.

The local Sake history and tradition is handed down from generation to generation

over 400 years in Ehime, there are lots of local Sake which got several awards every years.

The feature of Sake from Ehime is basically dry-sweet taste because Ehime prefecture is well-known for a lot of  delicious seafood, especially a red sea bream.
